Terms

  • Entries must be submitted online at www.brandality.com/thrive-award-scheme. Entries must be submitted on the published deadline date.
  • The selected award winner will be announced on the published date and all entrants will be notified in writing as soon as possible following the announcement.
  • Award scheme winners will be notified by Brandality on the announcement date
  • Entries after the submission deadline will not be accepted
  • All entries must be submitted in English and submitted via the online form only
  • Judges may telephone and interview entrants as part of the selection process.
  • The judges’ decision is final and there will be no appeals
  • Entry feedback can be given at Brandality’s discretion
  • The award is only open to companies based and registered in the United Kingdom
  • Entries are free of charge
  • A payment of £5k is required to cover Brandality costs for each project
  • A deposit payment of £2.5k is required by the selected winner and must be paid in full before the project commences. The outstanding balance of £2.5k will be required on project completion.
  • If your entry was not successful you can re-enter for the next quarterly award. Entries will not be automatically entered  into the next award.
  • By entering the awards you are agreeing to all Brandality’s terms and conditions
  • By entering the awards you agree to Brandality promoting you and your brand.
  • Brandality reserves the right to refuse an entry if it does not meet the criteria for the award scheme
  • The full award value cannot be converted into monetary value or transferrable to other services that are not stated within the award scheme
  • The project must be started within 3 months of being awarded
  • The project must be completed within 12 months of the start date
  • Meetings will take place at Brandality’s Loughton office
  • The award will be for a single brand/business entered only. Multiple or parent companies will not be included
  • Print and other third party costs are not included within the award scheme
